Maybe Mitt, Not Hillary, Should Look To Bill's '92 Example

Back when everyone thought Hillary was going to lose New Hampshire, her campaign kept reminding everyone that in 1992 Bill lost seven of the first nine contests, and do don't count Hillary out.

Perhaps it's Mitt Romney who should be pointing to 1992. The key to Bill Clinton's win in '92 was that four different Democrats--Bob Kerrey, Paul Tsongas, Jerry Brown and Tom Harkin--were winners in the other contests, meaning there was no front runner.

Likewise, by the time we get to Tsunami Tuesday on February 5, there could be at least three different Republicans, besides Romney to have won a round (recall that Romney did win Wyoming already). The idea that Romney is finished, in a five man field, after a couple second places is absurd.
