To all those innocent workers in the World Trade Center towers, to the brave passengers and crews of the four hijacked airliners, to the men and women working in the Pentagon that day, to the hapless guests and staff at the World Trade Center Marriott, to the incredibly courageous first responders, you are in our hearts today, as always. We salute you, we remember you, we will carry on. And to all those who have since sacrificed their lives and their bodies fighting in Afghanistan and other parts of the world to right this wrong and secure our country, and to those brave soldiers who have sacrificed in Iraq to fix a mess created by misguided leadership, we honor and remember you, we thank you and we're grateful for your service.
